LoRaWAN Network Deployment and Weather Stations for Smart University Project

Design, installation and commissioning of a LoRaWAN infrastructure for environmental monitoring within a Smart University program. The network supports distributed IoT weather stations across multiple universities, enabling real-time collection of temperature, humidity, wind and precipitation data.

Results achieved

The deployed IoT network enables continuous monitoring of climate parameters, facilitating decision-making in water management and environmental risk prevention. A 40% reduction in maintenance costs was achieved and the information was integrated into European open data platforms.
